Responsibilities
- Build key customer service processes and systems
- Formulate management rules
- Track status of key customers
- Analyze user behavior
- Write key customer analysis reports
- Communicate with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments etc.
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals (high net worth), private bank customers with brokers/futures institutions/commercial banks etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be flexible in a variety of situations
- Excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Passionate about crypto; industry experience an advantage
- Fluency in English; native language preferred
